If you have a friend or colleague interested in taking up a locum/Contractor/Permanent job in Australia or New Zealand, and who is not currently working with Connect Personnel Medical or Connect Personnel, we’d like to give a little something in return.
When you refer a friend that we don’t already have on the database, once they have completed 10 days of locum/Contractor work through us, we will give you a $750 gift card by way of a thank you, or If you want to keep on giving we will donate $750 to a charity of your choice instead.
Terms & Conditions
- Referred candidate must not already be on the Connect Personnel/ Medical database at the time of referral for referrer to be eligible for payment
- There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
- The referring party must notify the referred person and seek consent for their details have been handed over to Connect Personnel/ Medical.
- Referrals must be made to Connect Personnel/Medical before or at registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage are not valid.
- To qualify for a reward, your referral must be referred and placed within a 12-month period.
- Connect Personnel/Medical reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
- Candidates can only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate will be eligible for a reward under this scheme
- The referral fee will only be paid whereby each candidate specifies that they were referred by a specific individual or the referrer provides the contact details of the referred candidate(s)
- The payment of any referring fee is at the discretion of Connect Personnel/Medical base on the authenticity of the
Locum/Contractor Candidates
- Referrer will receive AUD$750 Visa Gift Card/Charity donation when referred candidate completes 10 days of locum/Contractor work within a year of their first shift.
- Payment to referrer will be made within 30 days of completion of the 10 days of locum/Contractor work.
Permanent Candidates
- The perm referral program is only applicable for placement over a 12-month period within a calendar year.
- The referred candidate must be placed for a minimum of three months at their respective employer for the referral to be paid out.

The one-time reward, a $500 Joining Bonus (visa card), is offered to Locum Doctors after completion of 5 locum shifts with Connect Medical Personnel within 12 months of joining.
