You have : Broad Project Management experience that includes good exposure to working on multiple projects at once Either set up yourself, or been part of a team that has set up improved project management disciplines within an organisation Worked within a complex manufacturing environment e.g electronics, medical, hi-tech machinery... A strong understanding of structure / processes to allow a business to truly understand how projects are tracking against budget, time and quality. e.g. Earned Value Analysis The capacity to mentor / coach other Project Managers This is a great role that will allow you to see first hand how your efforts can improve the overall project effectiveness of the company. You have not only great project management technical skills, but a natural ability to quickly build rapport that helps you build trust.
