Ensure health, safety, security and environmental working conditions are followed at all times; Lead internal and external audits (ISO9001 and AS/NZS4801 compliance); Reinforce, review and develop policies, procedures and systems to meet the organisations HSE objectives Enforce safe working practices and ensure that no incidents occur; Drive and maintain the Company’s HSE reputation. Manage HSE statistics Lead any necessary accident/incident investigation and reporting. Manage and deliver regular safety meetings Ensure that emergencies are handled in accordance with procedures and liaison Essential skills Experience working within an environment of Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems. Leadership, motivational and strong organisational skills Experience in either electrical environments, fitting/mechanical assembly/manufacturing Experience in gas or mining sectors Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
